Seat cover

I have a Second Look seat skin I got from a guy on another forum. Front is Carbon Fiber vinyl. The back part is blue. Would probably work with either Candy Plasma Blue ('07) or Candy Thunder Blue ('06) Can't decide if I want to get a used stock seat and put it on and sell my C-14 Lo-Gel seat or just try to trade or sell the skin. It's brand new and unmolested. Any thoughts?

Well...replacing the Connie seat with a stock recovered seat would kinda be going the other way, right? So that won't work for you...Why not use it to cover the LoGel?It will most likely fit that Connie shape.I manipulated several stock seat covers over time to fit on a Connie seat foam...slightly modified(the foam)...but they fit on there.A pro could easily make it work and look perfect.

Well, for one thing, if I were to use it on a stock seat, I would do some-reshaping, maybe add some memory foam or a gel pad, wouldn't just be recovering. The other thing is, the Lo-gel isn't the most comfortable seat I've used. It's a high-quality piece and has lots of room, which I like, but to be honest, the Tobin I got rid of was easier to sit on for long periods of time, and I'm not cracked about the Bagster cover material, which is sort of a fake suede vinyl.

The Lo-gel is worth too much as it is to tear into and I'm sure I could make a stock seat at least as comfy.
