I finally put some block off plates on the beast and was wondering what were you guys using to block the hole on the frame where the hose ran up to?Iwas thinking a piece of tape.

Don't know the size but the best thing would be a short bolt with washershers to compress the rubber grommet a bit. Nut on the outside of airbox with some blue locktight. Obviously, you will have to go in throu access covers of air box. I plan to do this soon.

I have Muzzie's and they come with this plug but I don't trust that thing.

What you need is an expansion plug. Go to your local auto parts store and look for them by the radiator parts. Dorman makes them. I believe you need one about 1 inch to 1 1/8inches. they look like this. I just did this last week. :)

only cost a buck or two. Seals perfect and you don't have to worry about it comming loose.

I put a bit of RED threadlocker on the nut, FYI, just to make sure nothing came loose since we're dealing with the airbox and an area that isn't easily seen.
