LONG TIME NO SEE, Phil!
I have 48,000 miles on mine.
That's nuthin. I've heard of 100,000 on a 14 and that was a couple years ago.
I've never heard anyone say they wore their 14 out. Yes, a couple blown engines and a lot of crashes resulting in total write offs but no complaints the bike has gotten weaker with age. Mostly the opposite.

Right now I have almost 51,000 miles on her. She's in the shop for fork seals, new sparkle plugs and T-body sync. The tech agreed with my decision to not do the valves now, he said that once they get good and settled they tend to hold their clearances but did recommend the plug change which I wanted anyway. Then, after I get her back it's back to ZOOOM!!

I had 50k miles on my Suzuki 1200 Bandit before I trader her in for the new zx14r and she was still running just as strong as ever. Heck yeah, it's good to know these girls will keep putting right along with that kind of mileage.

32,500 right now and by the end of the season it should be 40,000!!! Love it more than the day I bought it!!! She's been a great bike with zero issues. Many miles and everyone of them with a smile on. I can do track days, 200 Mph top speed runs and 2500 miles ride through the mountains and never miss a beat. Love this bike :)
