Going Up One Tooth On Front Sprocket =MPG

I want to know if anyone has gone up from a stock 17t to 18t to give them more MPG. Also I would like to know MPG increase and RPM drop, and the difference on first gear take off. I’m getting 27city, 39hwy just trying to get a few more MPG for touring.

I average about 34 mpg all the time (mostly highway.) 70mph in 6th is 3k rpm, 70mph roll ons start in 2nd, top of 3rd will get 145-50mph. It still can power wheelie 2nd and dosen't bog down anywhere. I personaly like the taller gearing.

CWROBO-yer gettin WHAT highway mpg's?-and you want to get MORE?!How the heck are you gettin 39 mpg-clue me in,will ya?You're hittin 200 at least miles per tank-WTheck?

Aren't we supposed to be"opening",and then "opening" more?Isn't that what they mean by throttle control?
