The BW II came with a PC III and a map for slip-ons and air filter even though it had stock pipes. I think a slip-on map is probably generic to all slip-ons since there's not a ton of difference between one slip-on and another. I doubt if Yosh or Dynojet has the will, much less the resources to develop maps for every brand of slip-ons since there are likely at least a hundred brands. The alternative to the generic maps offered by Dynojet and the semi-custom maps like the Jeffo map is a full-custom map developed with your bike on a dyno with an operator that knows what he's doing and what you want to achieve.
Unless your map leans the mixture in spots rather than enrichening it, you should always experience a drop in fuel mileage with a PC. After all, it takes more fuel to go faster. With no PC and a modified exhaust, it's likely that fuel mileage won;t change much, but performance will be negatively affected at certain rpm.
