I am preparing to purchase the 2012 and was wondering what you feel is a fair price to ask for my 2007, Black, with 61,000 Kms (40,000 miles).

Light mods include muzzy slip ons, PCIII, no flies, corbin seat and back rest, sliders, 1" bar risers, smoked windscreen and a few other small mods. I have the original seat and exhaust as well.

Never dropped, looks great, fully maintained.

What do you think.

You'll sit on it for ever here in the US if you ask that. Maybe if it was under 5000 miles. No, it won't sell for that if the brand new 2o12 are going for 14K OTD.

Why not trade it in? Sounds like a nice bike but I would only pay 3K for it if in the market. That's what they will probably give you on a trade. The buyers who don't need the latest and best will be looking at a new 08 which may be going for 10,000 OTD.

easy buy hard sell. I'm hanging on to mine. Gonna ride it until it until I burn it up. I'll whip it butt until it blows before I sell it to someone else who will do the same for cheap.

I think I will ask for $5500. I guess I can sell the Corbin for $350 seperately. Thanks for the feedback. I think it is worth approx $4500 as a trade but if I buy in the US trading will not be an option.

The used bike market is unique here in Toronto. Some of the prices I see for used bikes are crazy. At then end I rather sell my bike quickly. I would like to have the new one in the Garage in January in case the wife and I decide to pull the bikes to the sunny south for a week of riding

lol, Rook the New bike here in Toronto will be 19,200 OTD (here). I see the guys over on bikeland reporting 13,200. Not sure how that is possible but may be worth the trip.

new 2o12 are going for 14K OTD.
