I just picked up an immaculate 07 from my uncle, and it didn't take me long to fall in love with this bike! I'm coming to the ZX14 from an 87 Honda VFR 700. That was an amazing bike, and I hated to see it go, but when your uncle is getting rid of his 14 for cheap, you make it happen!
I knew this bike would have power, but I didn't expect it to be this smooth and effortless! This beast is amazing, and I've gotten tons of compliments on its looks already. I absolutely love the blue, and as a bonus, my gear already matches it!
The bike came with a ZG touring screen, Corbin saddle (with blue piping), 1" risers, and lowered pegs, so I'm off to a good start. As soon as money allows, I'm going to put some frame sliders on it. I'm in no hurry to upgrade the stock exhaust, but I might look into a 4-1 system someday with a power commander. I'll have plenty of questions along the way, and I know you guys will be a big help.
