A friend sent me this site and I looked up my town and recognized alot of the traps listed as legit. Just thought I would pass it on.

Another good one I use that has an iPhone app is Trapster - www.trapster.com. I got a ticket the other day and immediately reported their "live" location to warn others. I really hate cops sometimes. There were 3 of them just waiting at the intersection pulling people over doing 4 above the speed limit. I tried to pull away from a couple of cagers involved in a little heated road-rage situation and didn't watch my speed as I did so I got nailed for that. Guy was a real ass, too. Surprise, surprise. Our town is having problems paying for the local jail so they gotta do something to get more revenue...

^^I'm a beleiever in the need for money to fund local government being directly related to increased local traffic tickets. Also notice heightened patrol at the end of the month. The cops deny it but it's not what i see happenning.

Wow! What I read on this forum you guys in the States really have got it hard with speeding. We can exceed the speed limit here reasonably comfortably by 10 or 15 km/h and not get caught. If they do not have speed detecting cameras or lasers etc and we speed they do nothing, provided we do not do 100 plus in a 60 zone. We can go fast just about anywhere outside the towns. Obviously, the more you do it, the greater the risk of getting caught. There have been stories in the papers of guys getting caught at 260 km/h plus and they get a hefty fine, but no jail time that I am aware of. It is always possible to give the bike a good run every time I ride so we are very fortunate in this respect.
In SA Sunday is bike day and mostly everyone with a sportbike speeds, races and some crash! Cheers from SA.

Can we add HWY 94-E/43-S between Milwaukee and Oak Creek? I got stopped there yesterday. Second stop this year and still no ticket. He couldn't tell how fast i was going but he said they are allowed to write a ticket for "Too fast for conditions" and that will pretty much cover anything without a radar printout. It's a $260 fine. Thank God I got another nice cop who was once a sportbike rider.
