Well, motor started smoking on the last pass of the last race.. SO, its out and on the stand ready for the winter project.

Not sure EXACTLY what yet... But we'll just say my new "goal"... Is another digit down

8.64 at 158 on motor
8.28 at 173 on nitrous

Back to stock for 2011.
9.24 @ 148
185 hp pump gas
New beast sitting in the garage. 07 ZX14.. Just a bare frame... for now.

The real smart thing is a turbo. There is no substitute. If I wanted all out race that would be the set up. Just go low boost 5lbs boost and fly like never before and be reliable and keep the cost down. No nitrous porblems or refills all power all the time.

The trouble is the boost never stays low lol. It does sound like Slow has one helluva nice winter project planned tho

A turbo bike with 6lbs will not be able to hang with my bike on motor, after this build. Thats all i'm gonna say about that.

Besides that, in our local "real street" class, turbo bikes have a disadvantage when it comes to wheelbase. n/a and nitrous bikes are allowed a 67" wheelbase, whereas turbo bikes are 64" (i think).

Turbo bikes can reliably build a ton of power. But for the class i'm in it's not feasable.
