My best manual photoshop job (like you can't tell) ... copied the silver wheels off a 2013 green & pasted 'em. Which do you prefer?

Black looks better on the red, but the silver SE's look better on the green IMHO

But it depends on a bit what kind of pipes are coming to the bike...

SparkyG ... That looks great with the red striped wheels.

Sweet Sparky, tell him to get a red Samco radiator hose to finish it up. It will look like a big vein full of steroid LOL

I have no preference, but the black with red pinstripe sure is sharp.

Do a silver front and a black rear. Then switch to a black front and a silver rear. You could probably wing that out quick. Nice job.

Sparky ... What windshield does your friend's ZX there have on it? Looks good ... a little higher, but not TOO high, & not too much of a bubble.

I like the machined wheel lips, or the black w/ red stripe...either gives a delineation between the wheel and tire, rather than being one single black blob.

Same here. The "black blob" up close & in person is actually fantastic looking IMO, but from a distance & in pics, it usually looks like a black blob.

I think all black gives the rubber a nice 'big' look....brings the eye to the business end of the big brawler.I'd stay solid myself.

Black and black out as much of the other stuff on the wheels as you can.

@SparkyG: I've got the perfect gift for your friend! Just received today but I'm going with the RCS16 so it's my loss and could be your gain. You've gotta treat your riding buddy right. I just took it out of the box to take some pics. Retail is about $90 yours for $65 plus shipping which should be like $5! The tip is removable and you can switch colors, more red there would be sweet. Unfortunately, I only have the clutch side (standard). It would still be a sweet gift or hook up

ZX14R, thats a PUIG wind screen that I had on my Blue ZX14R and I switched to a light smoke, same brand.

Hey dragking, thanks for the offer..but we just finished installing some long red Pazzo levers and also replaced the clutch and brake reservoirs with the older style red Rizoma and man do they look sharp.

Not a problem... Rizoma makes some nice stuff, wish they would come up with more accessories for the ZX-14! I had to get rid of my reservoir when I made the switch to RCS's... I'm back to the urine sample cups Hopefully the performance will compensate for the lack of style!
