When my bike goes past 6k i get this buzzing sound. i took my windsheild off after a good bit of disassembly and found that the tip over sensor is rattling like crazy. anyone else have probs with this? havent got a hold of dealership yet. took the tip over sensor off and i can rattle the internal pendulum sensor thing but it also moves WAY too much forwards a backwards. anyone got a new one under warranty yet?

The G2 was supposed to have shorter bushings. This was to reduce the rattling. They still have some play so I just stuck a washer in there inside of each of the two bushings to eliminate the movement. It may just be the magnet inside of the sensor that is rattling in which case, you know it is operating correctly. If really want to do all you can to muffle the noise, wrap it up in a sponge or some foam sheet packing material and zip tie it.
