G-day everyone.
Well today I fitted my first set of Pilot power 3's. Instead of the 190/50ZR17 on the rear I fitted a 190/55ZR17. The reason I did this was that the combo of a front 120/70ZR17 and rear 190/55ZR17 was that I found that this allows the bike to tip in faster and adds to the stability coming out of the corner.

Red is scuffing the tyres up before I take the bike out the road. I like to remove the crap they coat the tyres for transport and storage before riding the bike!

I just got those same tires. I haven't been able to ride it but about 6 miles so far so I can't say how I like them yet. they're Michelins so I'm sure I'll love them. Good idea to get rid of that crap they coat the tires with. I use to do a small burnout with my other bikes to get rid of some of it but didn't want to take the chance on this bike. lol

I run these on my bike, by far the best tires I've ever used. Your confidence will sky rocket and your chicken strips will disappear.
