Hiya Guys , Never been on a Bike forum before (been on a few car ones) Here is the deal im 47 been riding since I was 8 I currently own a 2004 model Honda Blackbird with 48,000 klm owned it last 8 years (6 months old when I bought it) Have no issues with this Bike at all and love it to death (only lost my Licence on it once :D) if they still made emm I would not be here now.... That said I am here because I want to upgrade to a New ZX14R I have never owned a Brand new bike and I am a little scared I might buy into a lemon or something that has build in problems.... So I thought this was the best place to ask, are there any issues/ build in problems with the gen 2 Zx14's I have never heard of anyone say there is but you guys ride emm so you would know. Cheers BTW looking at the 2013 model which I believe is due out this week

Waelcome ronin! I don't own one yet but I will... Others will chime in soon,but there is a thread about loose bolts,I haven't seen much else though.

I believe the only unusual discrepancies noted so far have been a few loose fairing fasteners and poor rear brake performance when new. Otherwise everyone who owns one seems very pleased with them.
