VERY nice avatar there Auron, just a thing of beauty! According to the Ventura website they have a rack and luggage to fit the 14r.The bags also zip together for more and you can take them off in seconds.I'll try to post a picture of my n1k with the luggage on.

You guys are some of the most unhelpful dudes....
Auron-
Someone recently posted a nice little touring setup in the generalzx14 section. click here.
It is a lot of fun using the 14R for a little sport touring! I've logged in tons of miles in sport touring mode! Eating all kinds of shit while traveling to my destinations.

Different seat and screen, more c-f and match-painted panels on the bags now, but otherwise the same.
Oh, and a Gen1, not an R.

That's a nice looking Ninja 1000 up there. I rode one for about 15 minutes and it really didn't speak to me at all. Kind of felt like I was kneeling on the tank. I hopped right back on my ratty 919 and went home.
I loved my Blackbird but it did throw a lot of heat on my legs on the hottest days, did they address that when they re-did the fairing on the 14R?

Just got back from a four week ride. Amazing sport touring bike with the Givi panniers, Oxford heated grips and Puig screen. No need for bar raisers or dropped pegs (for me anyway). Over 100mph, the SW Motech brackets flex back a bit and rub the fairings. Otherwise, perfect.

Hey Bean07,is that the Ventura rack?It looks like it and I really like mine.Bags come off in seconds and the rack can be taken off in a couple of minutes and replaced with a "sport rack" to get away from the touring look.Auron(still love the avatar lol),I've been riding cruisers for yrs and for some reason decided to try the Z1000.Couldn't believe the power and was instantly hooked but decided to go with the ninja 1000(liked the looks better)and that is what got me to the 14R.Bean's Ventura rack (if that's what it is) is exactly what I want.I know their website states they do make a rack for the 14r.Their bags can also zip together for more storage, that's two bags on my bike zipped together.

@1441 do you have a rear shot without the bags attached?
Trying to fit mine out for blue moon riding, so want to keep it as original as possible, or at least make it easy to revert back without too much trouble :)
Currently running a Hepco & Becker top box, using a sw motech adapter plate
