A P reported a 28 year old Poughkeepsie NY man was arrested doing 198 in the rain when arrested Wednesday night in Rosendale NY . He told officers he was on the way to the hospital to visit a friend . He was give 14 citations.

This is BS. Their are very few bikes that will do 190+ in the rain, and at those speeds/weather the cop would not be getting a good description of bike.
