OEM Kawasaki Parts Online...Who Do You Recommend?
03/11/11 8:38 AM

Right side of my 14 is back together and looks fabulous , like new, now left side is busted up. Total damage comes to around $500 if I buy online. I don't want to repeat the last experience with internet ordering so who is got a reputation for solid customer service after the sale? I checked on Babbitts Sports Center and they have terrible reviews, lousy customer service, slow delivery, high shipping costs and missing parts. If I can't find anyone decent I'll go to my local dealer this time around. It might be worth the piece of mind to pay more.

I just ran the parts order through on Bike Bandit and it came out to $544.98, UPS ground shipping was $8.00. My local dealer with 20% discount and 8.25% state sales tax comes out at $505.32. I've heard Bike Bandit is pretty quick and has good customer service but they seem to be higher than most. Still thinking this through ScottyJekyl...thanks for your input.

Just finished yesterday, and Big Red is looking good again after a couple thousand in new parts on the right side.....I'm not going to show you the left side...LOL!

Rode over to my dealer this afternoon and bought them for the $505. That was about $50 cheaper than Bike Bandit quoted me and the dealer told me they'll be in in a week. Cycle Parts Nation was only $19 cheaper and after they jacked with my shipping rate like last time, probably would have been a lot higher.
