I think it was April or May of 2006 that I got the very 1st zx14 in Texas. I own a modded zx12 at the time and was very disappointed in the stock zx14. there was no aftermarket for the zx14 at that time. muzzy had the 1st pipe months later and you had to use a zx10 power commander . heck I remember even no wind screens for months . and I remember the start of the old zx14 forum and a guy named bugsy and zxbob so happy anniversary zx14 .

shit 10 year later and there still no zx14 as the fastest production motorcycle . fukkin busa

WOW! You're right. You'd think Kaw would make a big deal about it or something. There should have at least been a 2016 commemorative model. Maybe they spent all their birthday funds on the H2 introduction.

June 24, 2006 delivery for my Passion Red ZX-14 and still have it. Have bought many new bikes since then but the ZX-14 is still one of the best.

Picked up my 06 on June 21st, 2006. 133,556 miles as of today. :)
