The 1999 hayabusa would top out at 190mph and that’s the fastest (top speed) stock bike ever produced! Stock bikes are no longer allowed to surpass 186mph out of the factory due to a law called the gentleman’s agreement! But with a few simple mods our bikes can easily do 190mph+

Things like top speed limits in the ECUs and ignition timing settings, etc. are all done in response to import duties based on horsepower and tested top speed, basically.
It costs KHI more to import the ZX14R than it does the C14, despite the fact the C14 is more expensive.
Cooter, you are funny. There obviously is no law called "the gentleman's agreement" but its a funny thought.
