New 14 owner

Hi everyone, I bought a 2006 Blue zx14 a couple of weeks ago. It had 23,400 miles, a full service, new fork seals, front brakes, chain and sprocket, as well blue Givi bags with mounting hardware. Too bad I have not been able to ride it since the recall was not done and it turns out that the frame was cracked and a whole new frame had to ordered on warranty. It looks like it will be done mid next week.

Congrats on the new bike. I remember thay had a problem with frames on the early models. Mine is an 07. Does anyone know if these were recalled, too?

07 ZX-14: Yoshi slip-ons, zero gravity screen, GPR stabilizer, PC3, No Flies, BMC Filter, Vortex Lowering Links, Vortex Rearsets (Reversed Shift Pattern), magnetic oil plug.

There were some 07's subject to inspection...mine was one...it passed.
