I have a zx14 08 model
At around 2500rpm it as a miss , and that's in every gear at that one rev .
Changed. Battery air filter, spark plugs , fuel pump an filters , had the computer checked and tested an have three pages of read out that tells me it's right ,had a dyno tune and still the same .

Gone to get another power commander and coils for it .

Does any one have any ideas .

Sounds like its a fueling issue, the dyno might not be able get an accurate oxygen sensor reading at that RPM due to exhaust reversion (exhaust pulses hitting the outside air and bouncing back). Try connecting a laptop, look at the fuel map and adjust.

Take a look at the fuel cells near that range, for example if 2000 RPM @ 10% throttle is -15, but 2500 RPM @ 10% throttle is -45, try -20 and take it for a ride.

Same can be said about the ignition map if you have one, check to see if that range is way different than similar RPM ranges.

Have already had sensor out an it clean so all good
If the bike had points like a car I would say they need to be replaced
