Today removed helis...gonna go for a ride soon and see how she feels back at stock.Seat's lowered.Buell lowered pegs,Installed stock windscreen again as well.Since I didn't keep er this way for more than a few weeks,just wanted to see what it will be like again.Ride safe all!!!(taking my genmars with me "just in case".(I've got a fusion in my lower back)...so we'll see.

Hey blue, how much did you have your seat lowered? I bought an airhawk for the upcoming trip but it hits me up too high and puts more pressure on my arms and wrist. I was thinking of taking the stock seat to an upholstery shop and have 1/2-1" of foam taken out.

I'd like to hear how the foam removal goes for you or if anyone has tried it before. I'd also like to sit about 1/2-1" lower.

Well...okay...genmars are back on.MRA is back on.Good ride....350 miles today.Bars just a tad too low for my lower back.

Hey Blue, WARLORD hit me up on a pic with the genmars and helis together on the bike. I'm having technical difficulty. Do you have a pic showing them? Also, what do you do about the rusting bolts? Does someone make black caps to cover these 8mm bolts?

Helis on bottom,gens on top.Rusting bolts,well,I'd just brush em off,and repaint with some flat black.The top allens on mine are not rusting..The top clamp won't rust.It's aluminum.I went again to stock windscreen today.Seems to keep the noise level down for me.
