Micron Serpent owners, what map are you guys using? Custom? Power Commander told me to use the Muzzy Map, but now that I have an ATRE, I am wondering if I should be using the Muzzy No Flies map. Any thoughts?

I have the Micron Serpent system, I didnt jack around I just got a custom map with a dyno run. I think the key is to get it how you want it and then have it set up using a dyno and then stop messing with it and ride it! But thats very hard to do.

There is great truth in that statement!
Since Brock Davidson talked me out of buying a PC5 and into buying a PC3 pre-loaded with the track map they've developed over the last 3 years or so, I've been able to just ride and ride and ride, with no cares.
It works, it works good, and I don't have to mess with it at all.
Which doesn't mean I won't, but I won't have to.

You would have to constantly hook your laptop up, build the change table, merge it in (someone correct me, I only read about 1/10th of the PC5 instruction manual lol)to get the changes.
The pre-done map is usually good enough for 99% of us. At least, Brock Davidson's maps are. Soon I'll know if the FAIC map is.
My riding doesn't change. If I rode a lot of sport touring, and then frequently did track days or drag racing, I'd want a PC5 to keep multiple maps than you can just switch between.
But for me, practical riding, the map that came with my Brock's CT-Dual exhaust system and PC3, is way more than adequate for me.
Hence, I never spend one minute messing with the piggy. It just does its job and doesn't require my attention. Thats how I like things.
