Hi ZX14 peeps
I bought one 4 months ago and love it! It takes me back to the first water cooled Gixxer 1100 I owned years ago, but a shitload more refined!
But I do have a ? About suspension, soft as with the preload right in! Still soft.... I hate pulling forks apart, so I let the local bloke do it and I feel the "supposedly" 1.1 race tech springs he fitted, were nothing but spacers in the leg!
Anyone be a me to clarify how I check?

G,day JASEZX14 injoy ya knew ride their a great suspension section here just go to the how to or search for anything! you can also down load a full workshop manual from here too mate !

2006 CBR1100xx with a few mods + V Star 1300A Cobra swept exhaust,Fi2000 EFI,Big air kit, Rad cover/Guard,Forward controls/pegs,Pillion mini boards,screen,rack,Saddleman seat a few chrome bits.

G'day mate, and welcome. Don't forget they are a heavy beast of a bike, and they ride the forks HARD. If you've checked your required sag and they are still soft, you've got a job ahead of you. No-one likes pulling forks apart. lol That being said, you'd have to pull the cap off one of them and see what's been put in there. You should be able to do that with the forks still on the bike if I'm not mistaken. As Bean said, the manual is available for download on this site. Enjoy the ride and good luck with the forks.
