Today was a very strange day and I felt like the universe was talking to me or sending signals.

Beautiful, Yel. The first two pics are identical and my favorite. Were those the first pics you took? Intuition usually produces the best results when you're on the spot...well always actually because when you're on the spot, you have nothing but intuition to rely on. The skyline is a different take from the bridge. The whole series works together. The camera shake one stands as a testament of the experience. I remember living in an urban environment with large buildings. It was beautiful to behold, especially at night and that bike makes a great subject before that background.
...btw, love that TechSpec you have on the tank. I might do that with mine. It was really great on my 08.

That 2024 is a beautiful ZX-14. It shattered the mold for what's expected, it made us scratch our head for a minute but it really really works. I'll do some cosmetic changes to mine but for the most part, they made it a very special 14.

Thank you.
It is a place I go to relax and think sometime. I love being by the water and ever since I was a kid i have loved the mighty ole mississippi river. I would ride my bike there and sit on the levees and watch the tugs and ships going up and down the river. It just fascinated me not to mention it is a good view of new orleans. I been wanting to get pictures of it by the water then I thought that would be a good spot. The other night I left my friends headed home and after a short debate with myself I decided to go to that spot and if no one was there I was going to take pics but if people were there I was leaving. When I got there and saw the bridge green I knew I had to take pics. Yes they are posted in the order they were taken
I wanted to change the angle of the shots to show the front and back more, then I noticed the change in the skyline and I thought it made the pics cooler changing the background.
I have the full set of techspec on my connie and I really like them, I got the snakeskin pads, I find they look great. I also have the lowering pegs from murph and I love them. I can ride a lot further very comfy.

Wait a minute you have the 40th too? You telling me we bike brothers? Lol.
I really love the way it looks. I am.still wrapping my head around it being mine. I have wanted ut since the day I saw them released. I love that kawasaki isnt afraid to get a little weird with designs.
I put a hugger on the bike too. What you think?
I think it looks great but I been pondering painting it to make it a little more noticeable.

You could go with th elime green or the white. You could let it be a more subtle mod visually. It is really cool to let the mods be undertones on a bike this flashy. You can't miss either way you go, flat black or white or green. I would let the hugger be subordinate to the overall scheme. I will probably do one on mine as well and I'll leave it black.

If you saw my 08 Yell, that was an eyeball jammer. Midnight Sapphire blue stock paint wasn't enough, I had anodized blue accents and orang engine covers. Four inch white rally stripes down the middle. Yes, Kaw came up with a crazy paint for that year too. People called it "bass boat blue." The metal flake was absurd. I took it to a new level. I can't say I'd do much with the the look of the 2024...kind of work around that, maybe even tone it down a notch. I am proud they made it scream the way it does though.

Not sure how.you did that with the replies but I will just go down the list
The techspecs are definitely worth it. I am glad I got them. It defintely feels better and I have less worry about the paint getting messed up.
I have seen a few 14s around here but no 40ths. They sold though it took me a year to find one close by. Of course suzuki seems to be the most popular here.
I originally wanted a busa after riding my friend's, the. I saw the 14 and sat on it and that was the end of it. I had an 09 zx14 some years back. After I got rid if it I missed it and knew I would get another.
I still have the times im tempted for a busa. I like the.gen 1s and the new ones the most. I saw a 2025 one with that matte green and I was really liking it. I dig the new tail on them. I guess if I come across a good deal for one. I will probably get it.
It was right for me too. I had been getting the bug and was hoping I could fight it with my concours. It wouldn't go away. I would have bought it before but I couldnt find one close, I had the money ready for it. So when I started looking and found one an hour away, I jumped on it. On the way to buy it I was already ordering parts. I think the black frame would have been better too, even though I dont hate this one. I was thinking about doing a metallic white wrap and putting ninja in blue across it to keep with the theme.
Yes it is a puig hugger. You can find them in matte black and carbon fiber. I really like it but im still thinking about painting it. I want it to show a little more. If i do i will probably go with lime green if I do paint it.
I saw your 08 man that thing is awesome. You put a lot of love and time into it. You did an awesome job that is one of the prettiest 14s I have ever seen.

Thank you Yel. I more interested in the Gen2 now but I intend to replace that 08 and make it identical the one I crashed three years ago.

Awesome now I know. Thanks again Rook.
So i wanted to show you these since we twins. I got a double bubble and my corbin in.
I have to say between the corbin and lowered pegs this thing is so comfortable. I think it might be illegal, nobody would think a sport bike could be this comfortable. I rode 2 and a half hours last night and had zero discomfort.
I also bought these screw covers. I think it helps clean the dash up nice.
