More power, just move south.

Recently moved from Montana to Kansas. I immediately noticed something was not right in the handling of my zx, felt like I was sliding around, not as much traction. Bike was just handling differently. Then I realized the roads her are not "chipped", they are smooth, very smooth. Adjusting to that and the I was accelerating and damn, the front end is up in the air and wants to come up easily now, not only that if I rap on it hard might do a spin out very easily. I like the wheelie thing by the way. Came to Kansas and felt like I gained 25hp. I was thinking that the change in altitude from near 6 thousand feet to 800 or so is the power difference but I thought the fi system was supposed to adjust for elevation? The bike to me feels hopped up now and I like it. I don't think I am imagining all of this.

Hahaha! Nice! And yeah dude you did gain 25hp easy! Take into consideration you lose 3% of hp for every 1000 ft elevation.

Good thing I can power wheelie now because the roads are straight and uummm boring compared to Montana, I do get a much longer riding season though.
