Decel pop??

I am getting a real bad backfire at around 4,500 RPMs. I was told to plug the hose running from the top of the headers that runs to the airbox.

I have located a Gray hose (the only hose) running into the bottom of the airbox...is this the correct hose to block off? It is about 6 inches long and runs into a plastic piece above the headers.

I want to be certain before I RTV this plug into the hose.

PAIR blockoff to stop decel popping <<<Clicky-clicky

This will help reduce ~33%. I can control it pretty well for street riding where ther was noi controlling a thing without the block off. Still going to pop some but you will learn to love it. I have block off plates which does the same thing but just does away with the whole air switch valve that the grey hose goes to.
