Ok, pretty neat! I did three runs on it tonite; late afternoon.
Two of the runs in traffic and being pretty mild mannered; top speeds of 80-85 temporarily and lean angles of 20 degrees or so. Nice trace and read out and love the overlay on Google earth.
One run of a shorter nature where I laid it over a in a sweeper touching 120 mph was lost data. Two secitons of this hotter short run were lost with the trace showing dots instead of a line and the data bar skipping over the interval with no record. Nuts! Hope this is just some anaomoly of terrain but I doubt it cause at a "sedate" pace in this sweeper on one of the other runs the trace is fine and the data is continuous!
Will have to try again another time on this route when the traffic is not so tight! Ran at early rush hour tonite and could only open it up for short sections before closing precipitously on traffic.
Did not upload to facebook, as is an option, since I am not on facebook and have no intention of registering for facebook.
I was hoping it would upload to my mailbox on Safari or aol but don't see how yet. At least would like to load it into my laptop for viewing and that may be in process since syncing phone with laptop does store copy of the app. Have to look deeper.
Other than those initial concerns, it works very well and displays on phone very nicely. I am pleased with it and intend to play with it in the car as well. Will avoid lean angles of 180 degrees in all cases, heh, heh.
Thanks again, Sun!
