I can't get your link to work & I did a web search and can't find a 200mph event listed in New Hampshire and I reside in Goffstown, NH and have not heard of anything like this going on. Can you please provide more info???? THANKS!

Here's what it says...
The 2011 Maine Event will bring together motorsports enthusiasts from around the glode for the pursuit of speed. All of the racers, volunteers and spectators can certainly attest that this event is so much more than just a race. It is a chance to see the latest trends in performance, a chance to see old friends and make new ones, and a chance to experience a true spectacle of motorsports. The 2010 was a spectacular success that proved without a doubt that the LTA is THE FUTURE OF LAND SPEED. Racers from as far as Alabama and southern California came to experience the flatest and fastest piece of asphalt in the world; and only two months after the event, they are already contacting us for information about next year. Racers, both men and women from walks of life ranging from business owners, to welders, to attorneys want to come to northern Maine for a chance to run on our 2 1/2 miles of flat, wide asphalt. The timing of our event to Speed Week makes the LTA a logical event for racers to "shake down" their vehicle prior to heading to Boneville. But, many of our competiors now feel that the opportunity to take a trip to "Vacationland", have a good lobster feed, get in more runs, and attain better speeds makes the salt less relevant to their goals. This is why we say that the LTA is...THE FUTURE OF LAND SPEED!
