Today I sold my old ZX-14 and the guy buying it noticed something. I looked through my old photos, and apparently I've been riding it like this for at least 10 months.
Do you see it?

1. Missing bolt at forward tank cover.
2. Wad of wood lodged at the front of the rear tire.
3. Rear tire is torn up due to the block of wood eating the center carcass.

There is a huge dent in the front rim. The tire seems to feel fine, but there is no way that can be balanced. I have no idea when it happened. I tried to remember but the time stamp on the photos is last December so I have been riding with a dented rim for a while now.

Oh THAT! my rims usually look like potato chips so I thought it was supposed to look that way.
I still think the missing bolt is a WAY more serious issue. After all, you can just wheelie to keep that wheel off the ground.

This is like playing Where's Waldo....lol! Yea, I'd get that fixed, that rim took a pretty good lickin. I'm surprised you didn't get thrown off the bike!

can't win 'em all. Sometimes you see something more significant than what was intended. Don't tell me you missed that sasquatch image in the background?

Actually, that bolt IS kind of important. It's a hole in the airbox post filter. The wellnut may be split and that's why the bolt's not in it.

damn. now Hub, that is what you call a good eye.
Same image but one is photoshopped. Wants to sell bike with new fairing but doesn't want to tell story about running over curb. How close am I? C'mon, Moxie, we all have been down at least once.

Yes, the top one was photoshopped because I wanted to have a "good" photo of my old bike. I didn't see or even know about the dent until after it was gone. Not trying to hide the cracked fairing, but good eye.
I have since photoshopped out the dent in the wheel so now I have something to remember my old bike by. My new 2016 is amazing.

Yes, I missed the dent in the rim when photoshopping it. Like I said I was riding on this for months and didn't see it. It was only when I went to sell it did we notice it on the actual bike, and I went through the old photos and found the dent was there from the old photo, also on the original.

Exibit A, original photograph. Exibit B, retouched photograph. I would expect that the original photograph would have a date encoded significantly earlier than the date the vehicle was sold, Mr. Moxie?? Shall we examine the evidence?
