Hi everyone,
Bought this bike last year for a good price but had rev issues which I brought up on this forum. Bike would not rev past 6K. Replaced the main wire harness - solved. Then had FI code 12 and 62. Replaced the air flow sensor - cleared code 12. Now just need to fix code 62. Also performed block off plate mod, but used the existing plates and simply plugged those holes while removing all the plumbing. Performed leaking oil mod at the top of LH cylinder - fixed. Added a few mods - clutch/brake, tank cap, LED's, some painting of calipers, etc. to accent the black and silver. Big thanks to everyone who helped especially Rook for his tutorials on how to do it right. Here are some pics along with my other build that I just completed. The other bike is a 2 stroke modified bicycle. Has a top speed of 30 to 35 mph - guessing. Kinda nice to switch b/w the two extremes.

I think I saw that engine on American Pickers.Either way their beautiful.lOve the LED in the ram air.

I like the blue accents.....goes so well with the black and just breaks up the all black look......good job...

Too bad the blue LED are illegal on the road. If only I'd gotten the pink ones..

The mirrors are off ebay - do a search for zx14 mirrors. I paid around $60 with free ship. The black ones I got have a bluish tint. Here are a few update pics. I am happy with the style - much smaller then OEM and I can see behind pretty well.

Thanks, and since the pic was taken put on a 43T sprocket. Nice upgrade - great midrange. Also added an extension to the muzzy pipe and polished the exhaust to match other silver accents. The extension baffles some of the noise away from rider and redirects the flow of exhaust. It is a 50 cent stainless steel cup from Goodwill that I rigged on - can be seen at the top.
