New member from Iraq
05/08/11 5:54 AM

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to take a second and introduce myself. My name is Jay and I'm from upstateNY (Rochester area). I am currently deployed to Iraq with the Army. I have another 7 or 8 months left before I return home. I am in the middle of purchasing a 2009 ZX-14 which will be waiting patiently in the garage for my return.

I have already found a lot of useful information on this forum and look forward to being an active member.

Here's my new baby:

2009 ZX-14 Monster Edition
1650 one adult owner miles
Vance&Hines CS1 Exhaust
Power Commander

Watch your six, take care of your Bros, and don't trust anything on the side of the road that looks out of place! Get home and enjoy the time tucked behind the windscreen of that glorious beast!

Its killing me that its now July and my beast is tucked away in storage waiting for me. First summer in 5 years not riding, and Im having withdrawal pains lol. Meanwhile I sit here in the blazing sun training Iraqi Police which is like teaching a group of 10 year olds with ADD haha. I love my job, but wanna ride!
