Wanting a blue 2012 may get a 2016 black one

Found a new black 2016 ABS for $10.9k. Thinking maybe just get that one and get it painted blue and of course due a exhaust and I'm not sure if the new ones come with a back seat. I only see a solo cowl. Any thoughts?

There is a full seat for a passenger under the cover which is removable.
