New owner and forum member

Whats up fellow zx'ers, just wanted to come in and say hello to everyone. I recently picked up an 08 ZX14 with barely any miles on it (1628!!!) and was bone stock - couldn't ask for more of a clean slate. My previous rides have been an 02 and 03 Suzuki GSXR 750's, 07 GSXR 1000 and 11 Harley Nightster. I haven't taken any pics yet but will shortly and post them. Looking forward to talking with everyone and projects to come.

Hi everybody, just to pass by and let know how fascinated I am about my 2006 zx14. This is my first bike and I'm presently learning how to ride, I'm a 44 old guy 6'4 275lbs and for some reason I'm in love with this bike. I have always wanted to have a big Ninja since I was 18 when the beautiful 12 came out all black. Here in Puerto Rico around 25 years ago, the Ninja was the most sold bike ever now most of the young people have Busas since there is no Kawasaki parts and service here but I love my bike and no matter what that's not going to change. Thought that being an old guy with l ower back problems ( thanks to the Iraq War which I'm a veteran) I thought that I couldn't ride a bike and better yet a one like the Ninja. For some reason that I can't explain, my back feels great with the comfort and smooth riding of the Ninja and to be honest, I will not trade this bike for nothing.

Welcome.You guys have my favorite color Saphire blue.Couldn't find one.Actually if you look very close to my bike their are blue panels,almost black.
