Why are u takin off yours mirrors??? Trying to kill yourself? I know of 4 guys that had their mirrors off and crashed, 1 ran in front of another bike, and the other 3 turned into cars. One is no longer with us and one of them can no longer ride. Sorry c taking of your mirrors is the single most stupid things you can do on a bike. Its already too dangerous to ride. Imagine taking off all your mirrors on a car. On a bike it's suicide. Your wife and kids need you. Man u keep a totally stock bike and the one thing u do I'm scratching my head here.

I need to take them off for the strip my brother! I have a drag strip and a nice motorsports track, both less than 30 minutes from my house. I ride a shit ton, differnt environments all the time. Thank you so much for your concern. But I have been to the odd rodeo... :))
I make a habit of knowing what the fuck I am doing.

Yeah. I'm with zx14racer on this one. I took a secondhand bike for a test ride that had no mirrors. You don't realise how much you use them until they are not there! Felt completely blind in a few instances. Couldn't wait to get back to the dealership. Leave'm on mate! ;)

Fair enough....strip and track are totally different environments. :)Pretty sure eBay will be your best bet.

Yeah C didn't think you meant going to the track. With a stock bike I didn't think you were into that stuff. Didn't mean to piss you off, just want you to be safe!!!!!

CBlast, dude get rid of em, follow the threadage given by svscott, and then make up your own mind...I see no harm in taking the zx to the track. A skilled rider with the zx - on a closed course is, in my opinion, a weapon!
Power on C!

Thanks guys! Didn't piss me off! :)) I didn't adequately communicate! :) I think the big girl will be fine at the track and the dealer where I bought her has a tent setup for customers to use and tire warmers etc. It's pretty cool! I was gonna use the big girl for only street riding, but I have a hankering to wring her out a little more. I don't mind 1/4 mile-ing her once in awhile either, just keeps me sharp. Stock don't matter. All about the rider. I am gonna order those suckas ASAP! I thought I would throw the new sprockets on and take her to the track for a little fun! My front sprocket was supposed to be there today at the Kawi dealer. No luck though. :(

I didn't buy my bike from a dealer that normally sells Kawasaki. They are my duc dealer and they are awesome! So I go to them for everything regardless of brand and they jut go find it for me! But the sprocket I had to go to the local Kawi shop. Where I live, they suck. I didn't buy the ninja there because they didn't take me seriously when I asked for the bike. So I went back to my buddies at my Duc dealer and they found a new one and went and got her two states away immediately! Awesome folks. Brother's Powersports in Bremerton, WA.
