Hard to believe after watching that video that people want a H2 because a zx10r isn't fast enough. lol

Cool video. It gets really interesting after 10:30 when the guardrails disappear! The closest thing I've seen to the Isle of Mann in the states. After watching, saw this...

Before your criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize them, you're a mile away and have their shoes.

The sad thing is that the Ring won't let you on the track anymore unless you are associated with a recognized club, group, assn, manufacturer, etc., and have scheduled the ride/time block. Not to mention the expense... I wiped that off the b'list back in 1972 with our little "association" with a Norton Commando back in my early MIL days. Hockenheim has the same rules. Liability is the big thing with the tracks everywhere. Shame really.
Sorry for the "ranty" post, but as we well know, it's getting well nigh impossible to just go to a track, whup some laps and go home.

I rode to CO, toured the mountains (including Pikes Peak) and back on my Husky a couple years ago. 2500 miles in 5 days on a dual sport. Awesome trip.

That is some awesome riding! Absolutely ZERO margin for error on that road. I've been there and if you go off the edge on some of those corners there is nothing below you but air.

Yeah Vic, instead of eventually ending up in major trouble for speeding, I decided on total comfort.
I plan on doing some of north America's top ten rides, for me the 14 isn't comfortable enough for distance.
