I just dropped $1600 on an Akra Evo exhaust for my 10 with these guys and apparently got shorted in the hardware department. Numerous e-mails to their customer support have resulted in ......nothing.......nada....as in zero response. I would actually have more respect for them if they told me they weren't going to support the sale and I would have to go to Akrapovic for any help. At least then I would know where I stood.

That's what I was thinking. I checked on-line and I found one review of 58 Cycle and it said poor customer service response. That's gross understatement.

No, I sent three e-mails. When I was trying to get information to buy the pipe they were very responsive, e-mailed me back within one day but as soon as I'd bought it and had a problem .......no response. At this point, I don't care anymore, Romans said he had the same issue with his Akra and the stock hardware worked fine.

I just received an e-mail from customer service this morning apologizing for the lack of communication. They are looking into the missing hardware issue for me and promised to get back.

Yup, I posted here and over on ZX-10R.net, somebody might have flagged them and they got right back .....or maybe they were working on it just like they said and someone dropped the ball and forgot to e-mail me. We need to give 'em the benefit of the doubt on this one. They did give me the best price on the pipe and it all arrived in good shape so I can't complain too much. I just want to make sure if there is special attachment hardware that I put the right stuff on there.

Just out of curiosity, why haven't you tried calling them, or, if you have, are they just not answering? Sometimes I get way further when I can speak with them over the phone to clear up confusion.
