Just put my ebay gem of a Connie seat on the Rocket. How flippin' comfortable are these things?! Its my one complaint about the ZX14... Awesome bike with killer looks, right up to the seat. Its as if they threw a parts box seat on what is otherwise perfection. Looking at the ZX 10, the ZX6, et al. you get the sense of a purpose-built sport bike. The original 14 seat just doesn't do it for me. The Connie seat, though still on the homely side, is a vast improvement. It holds you in place under acceleration so much better!
Has anyone with a replacement Connie seat tried to fit one of the nice looking seat covers over it? Is there enough additional material to cover the extra dimensions?
