Fella actually approached Nels. A customer ridin a gen 1. PC and a flash he says. 'What flash?' Customer states 'Romans flash'. Customer inquired about a dyno session to check his HP. Arrangements made. Dyno pull = less than a stock gen 1 by almost 7hp. Customer is somewhat dismayed at this result. Tune is checked. Yup, there is a flash in there...lol. And a PC-tune. First course of action was to flash the ecu back to absolutely stock config. Run her again. She gains hp. :)) A common sense plan is then made.
1. Flash the ecu
2. Use the PC to adjust fuel trims (customer had it set up and installed well, so no problemo)
3. Verify results with dyno, not ass or butt.
4. Bike now makes not just more hp, but better quality power, and the customer is extremely happy with the results.
(That bein the focus!)
Set-up notes: customer had a stretch with a phatt rear tire.
Predator Race Team and 2Wheel DynoWorks guarantee that customer satisfaction. Period.

Im thinking low 170's.... Any lower.
that would be for a stock Gen2 bike. 165-170 rwhp. crank 190 hp. stock. never dynoed, just repeating the #s I have heard over the past 5 years.

Yeah, the great news about the gen I is it can make great power. Never really tore one up before. But here is a another customer we helped today. Very nice gentleman with a set of 6" extensions and a 200 rear tire. Also had a PC III with a canned map and some slips-ons with a stock header. Flies in. Stock ecu when we started. Awesome results. Started his first run and he pulled 169hp with the PC hooked up. Not bad for a stretched big tired bike.
When we were done he was thrilled! Left with 180+Hp and 110. All flashed through the ecu. He left with the power commander zeroed out. Absolutely flawless A/F line too! Nice to meet ya Zack! I think that's the gen I flash buttoned up!
I like how in that last pic Nels is runnin throttle with his left hand and real time adjusting the fuel trim via the PC by 'chasing the yellow block' with his right hand adjusting numbers....
Huge thank you to Nels! Probably the finest dyno operator I have ever met in my entire life. I can't say enough good about Nels and his company 2wheel Dyno Works! You know how to find horsepower sir!
Predator Race Team and 2Wheel Dyno Works working together now have a fantastic Gen I flash to offer!

Oh yeah, mad freakin props to WOOLICH RACING!!!!! The tuning capabilities are incredible.
If that bike had been stock length and had a nice light rear tire, I wonder wot that final # would have been?
