Hey , Could Someone help me with an issue I'm having. I have a 2012 ZX14r and as I am riding it and I give it gas , it ask like it doesn't want to take it. I have change the plugs , Fuel filter and pump , I also change the oil. I put everything back together and it fixed the problem. when I took the filter off it was trash in it ( grey Matter ) it look like the top of the gas cap. So I started my investigation and took the gas cap off and it was nasty inside so I replaced it so I'm thinking problem solved. The bike was running fine for a couple of days now its doing it again.
Please I want to ride and I need some help.

Tank has rust? Sounds like a clogged fuel pump. Pour the gas in a clean container. How much shit came out of it? Remove the fuel pump. Literally submerge it in the container of gas, slosh it out around so the L tube that feeds the injectors, to kind of backwash, or dislodge the rust particles. If the rust looks like the surface of mars, you found it.
Another test before emptying the tank is to turn the key on, have a beaker by the L outlet tube going up to the throttle bodies, see how strong it pisses? To start it, it won't dribble out, but maybe it won't be as strong a flow. It only cycles at so many seconds before the ECU turns it off. You might need to cycle the key to see another sample flow.
Like I said, about 42-44 psi is the output pressure behind the injectors. 33 psi say is that it starts, but fuel demand drops off and so does the nose of the bike. The slosh of rust is going to be that black plastic filter. That guy cannot be replaced. The rust is so fine it's like powder. If rust is laying on the top side of the fuel pump plate when you remove it, Bingo!
Edit: I see you changed the pump, but was it new or used?

Wha happin? You mean something like, 'you'll never get a good ET with that kind of tire pressure, that's the pressure you use for your penile machine, you little jerkoff'.
