I've never seen that but my guess is those are flakes of lime. Was tap water put in the radiator?
My other guess would be aluminum corrosion. Was too much water mixed with the coolant or was a coolant not formulated for aluminum engines used?
As I said, I've never seen this so all I can do is guess. It looks like white flakes in your coolant drain pan.
What I have seen is a white fuzzy substance like cobwebs in the overflow reservoir bottle. A couple others have reported this too so I'm inclined to believe that is normal....maybe a sign changing the coolant is past due. Under close observation, I've also noticed zillions of transparent platelets floating in coolant I've drained from the bike. It's like a coolant snow globe. Most people would never notice this, they're like microscopically thin plates of glass fluttering around in there. Im calling that normal too - for used coolant.
