Hi all,
Has anyone on here ever had to move the position of the gear lever due to having to lift their foot off the foot rest to change down.
I have mostly ridden Suzuki's most my motorcycle life and never had this problem before until I got a YZF6 and now the ZX14.
When I ride I find it hard to shift my foot to change down as when I slide my foot left and raise my foot to cover the lever it's in the way, so I have to lift my foot off the peg and push down from there, no big deal but more annoying than anything but then I don't have both feet on the pegs when riding hard and especially in the corners.
Also have a friend with a Kwaker and he does the same.
Solution I know, undo bolts reposition gear lever until it's how I like it.

Its funny you mention this, I was a suzuki guy for years before I got my 14 and I went through the same thing, I got used to pretty quick, but there is a differance between the two. Ive since installed a set of vortex rearsets and haven't looked back, well worth the money.
