Just wondering what you guys are hearing on ZX14 used prices. KBB puts the value at around $6500 and nada around $6300, assuming the mileage is around 20,000 for a 2006 ZX14. My bike has around 8000 miles which is a TWELVE THOUSAND mile difference, but no one is willing to give over $4000 for a bike in immaculate condition. What gives? Why does the zx14 have such an absolutely horrible resell value?

Here in my area (Atl, Georgia). I'm seeing 06's go for $6500, 07's for $7500. I've a couple of 09's go for $9500.

In this area it looks like $1000 for every newer year. These have been good clean bikes with varying mileage from low (4000) to about 20,000 miles. All of these had atleast aftermarket pipes on them and none of them at those prices had been modded much at all and not many aftermarket add ons.

you must be talking to stealerships about a trade in right? The resell value sucks on a zx14 but its not that bad with the right buyer I would say 5k to 5500 on a private sell.
