O wow the stock rear is that heavy. My Alienhead whole system weighs about 9 pounds.Subtract that with the sprocket and I'd like to know what my bike really weighs.520lb maybe?

Actually...I'm here Rookster..now anyway.Yep...have that MotionPro tool. And yes..I promptly snapped the rivet push pin on the first use.My fault...they explained it in the instructions...I just failed to use my common sense...but they sent me another rivet pin right away...even though it was my deal. You have to make sure you GRIND off the end of the side you want to push from. The pins that is.I know...anyone would know that...BUT...I misread what they meant. Those pins DO NOT slide out of either end UNLESS you grind off the 'mushroom'....Then yer fine pushing from THAT end.Go ahead guys...FLAME ON NOW...I deserve it LOL!!!!Tell ya what though..it won't happen again.... ...you don't need to grind off both sides...only the one side...both pin tips on the same side.

Rook: I ran the Vortex front for a little while, but couldnt stand the hum it made. Switched to the Zephyr and its silent due to the rubber bushings. Worth it in my eyes.

@Kolk1 Do you have part number, source, website, year range etc. for the Zephyr sprocket? I will be ordering sprockets for 16/43 upgrade this weekend and I would like to go with the Zephyr. Thanks in advance!

Use a 1995 Zephyr front sprocket. It's 16t and has the rubber bushing. Part number 13144-1317
