Well John...IDK what others expected.I just don't have any issues with mine. The suspension is working great. The engine is smooth and strong. The ergos are VERY nice...I'm 6'1"....I had doubts if this bike would work for me.Worried for nothing;)

I haven't done any long distance rides on it yet...but I will.So far,the rides I've been on were excellent in all the areas above.

Thanks GRN.
So I really need to sit on an H2 before figuring out the ergos. At least they look more mild compared to the zx10

Yup...even sitting on one won't give you real feel of it moving.I thought "shit, this seat is gonna be hard as rock' when I sat on mine when it arrived. It felt hard. This wasn't the case AT ALL once I actually got her out for her maiden flight. The seat is better than a Concours or 14's.It's very supple and the angle of the foam is perfect(for me).

What a sweet sounding engine. You wanna say it sounds like driving past a whole industrial complex running smoothly you add up the industries inside that thing. I'm Ver'trousers hurt. I can't, just can't talk abouthis bike... Talk amongst yourselves.

Agree Hub...it does sound very different than what we're used to.The seamless downshifts and upshifts...the immediate throttle response doing either of those. And not just throttle response...but POWER.If you watch any of those dyno runs...watch how that guy shifts. And how the motor responds. That's what it does. You click it up,add fuel...there is NO sense of 'hesitation' at all.It really does want to lift at almost every shift. It's an amazing machine. You can clutch her,or do without...which after my break-in time,I'll most likely be clutchless shifting almost all the time.

Always knew it would be. Enjoy. Bad Ass Machine. Stock bike no contest, I want one.

Just want all you gear driven boost guys to know, while you're waiting for RPM to drive up your horsepower us Turbo guys will suffer the hard smack of 180 ft lbs of torque Much Much Much Much earlier in the RPM window than you guys. We Are Hunting You Lol. All in good fun of course. Here kitty Kitty.

Sorry couldn't help myself, want to play. Grn lets trade.

LOL...you funny Romes;)

I've never ridden a turbo bike before...so I have ZERO comparison space. All I can describe about this bike as far as acceleration...it's incredibly risky to open her up at anything above 2k.The traction control MUST be ON,at least on '1'.This ability of this bike to lift so quickly is truly....scarey at times how fast it goes from full front contact to lifting and climbing. You saw that guy's shifting technique on that dyno.Now...take the straps off...and do that on the road. You would know what I mean.If you DIDN'T have some sort of electronic buffer, you would NOT stay aboard.Really...I'm serious about this. This thing is extremely strong and could easily get away from a guy if he was just not paying attention and opened her wide open,in all gears but maybe 5th or 6th.Possibly up there as well. It's the R's...and it kicks like a mule...I ALMOST had it pull the bars right out of my hands at least one time...and I wasn't even REALLY trying to do that.It just happened.Sounds like a fairy tale probably, but it isn't.This thing IS built like nothing around. It's the ONLY motorcycle that I've ridden that scared me this way.Respectfully that is.You have to respect THIS machine.Or you won't stay around long.

medical advice for green:bacon and eggs toast, coffee and orange juice.Gear up get on bike and ride till bike requires gas .Fill tank walk around bike, admire bike.Ride another session till reserve , stop for lunch and gas,You may now start heading home,If done at a reasonable speed excepting efficient vehicle overtakes, you will hopefully do 500 miles and should feel 100% better[pee breaks optional]

Apparently The H2R is to do a demo lap of the TT course this year with a BSB rider onboard, probably Chris walker.

I'm sure it will be a factory H2R. Should be very interesting to see how it stacks up to the race bikes. I think it will have enough engine and also have comparable handling on that course.
