I don't like it! I don't like the exposed motor, the wings and too much carbon fiber. The only way I would change my mind is if I could ride it.

I'm sold. It's the engine for me. The fastest production etc = Top Model. I want to remove that weight so the more exposed the engine it drops down to an even lighter weight: we count up the ounces. This mother moves so the steadier you are within a few seconds of hitting 200, you know that wind change note when you are up in that speed, so any move now is do not upset the hinge. Enter the canards. It's purpose built so carbon fiber lowers that weight and is strong enough for the downforce not to upset the bike ala canard effect.

The only way, what? This is orange to raisin. You remain in the constant penultimate number and stay round like an orange. That was a grape but the pressure of one orange and a 1/4 slice is I have a quarter slice of, now I can say 'more' squeeze over an atmosphere. So you are not even close to the linearompeedomp the shit out of your flashit like don't even bring that up its a limp. That centrifugal pump is super pumped into that LINEAR effect: plus some.

You'd have to match my 1/4 over for argument sake and say the number is 7 pounds over the penultimate. Drag, you first have to match 14.7 psi and then add to it. How can you add to it, if you tune crap out of it and the penultimate remains the same? What is the only move available?

Yes, I'd like to order a 1/4 pounder to go.

You guys are talking about the H2-R. The H2 announcement is in November at the EICMA (or whatever its called).

check the top of the link here: http://www.kawasaki-ninjah2.eu/en-GB/
And HUB, if you haven't seen this page; it has some nice Zoom in's so you can really see detail.

Quesion is, whats it going to "loose" by becoming a street model?

I read: Carbon fiber body - Gone. Swingarm? Horsepower - 60-80 Gone. frame? Price?

Will it loose enough to make up for what it looses? I really like the CF body. Another link says H2 will be 17K euro, Thats 21,440, directly converted.

Honestly, better than I hoped; but again what else will it loose?

Me likee! That is one badazz machine Kawasaki has cobbled together, can't wait to see what Gadson can do with one. Bet your bottom dollar he'll break some records for a production motorcycle. Now the real question is how dumbed down will the base model H2 be? I have no doubt in my mind the R version will humble the BMW but what about the plain Jane H2, the one we can afford?

Looking closer, that trellis frame looks spindly, especially to support a single swinger. Sure hope they didn't recreate the original H2 hinge-in-the-middle handling.

...and if there really are just 500 made, there will be NO aftermarket parts at all. You're stuck with whatever it has to offer stock.

price

Sorry folks... even for the H2 I don't see the price being less than 25k... no thank you!

BMW here I come.

BTW there is already a few company (small ones) with bikes making insane power. Kawasaki is not doing anything crazy here. It's just a marketing move, drool on the H2R and buy the H2. With a pipe and flash the new Beemer going to be above 200 HP, cruise control, quick shifter (I hear for up and down shift), heated grip, 4 TC modes and race ABS. Active suspensions may be an option as well. Kawasaki makes a lot of noise but always disappoint!

60 large ones! That's for the race model, looks like. Na. If I had that money to spend I'd mod the hell out of a bimmer or a gen5 ZX-10 + add turbo to the 14 while I was at it.

...such as? How much power are we talking and what's the price tag?

That is one bike that won't disappoint. Wouldn't it be nice to see Ti hardware, internals, and Ti axles kind of factory R. I want to thumb the front brake, hold a spoke of the wheel and lift it up try. That is just engine weight, because everything else takes one hand to lift any other part off that bike.

That invoice says 300 BHP but measured where, at the crank, rear tire, spark plugs? KHI is well known to inflate their numbers but I'm guessing 260 at the tire on this R model, 185 to 190 for the base H2. Still impressive as it will boast low end that no BMW could ever touch.

It would have been cool if Kawasaki would have released something for the street that people with working man incomes could afford, but the H2 is not that bike. For 2015 the best sportbike available is the BMW S1000RR.

What are you talking about? Kawasaki makes a bike for almost any budget. It's a free country, go make more money if you want more money. This bike gives more fortunate people something to get excited about. I think it's an incredible machine, as a fan of sportbikes I'm excited to see how this bike performs and I can't wait to see how the other manufactures respond.

Sil,

Sportbike = Has the ability to beat the rr straight up in a road race = Suz/Yam/Kawi ~ club/ama/wsb respectively. Where is this sportbike in the heat of show up and run your bikes and are there rr's in the battle? Yes.
Sportbike = Has the most torque of an other bike = H2R
Sportbike = Has the power to leave any other sportbike in the dust = H2R
Sportbike = Has the everyman price to it as in this website has the next most powerful bike = 14R
Sportbike = Has the wavehose, eggo's, chestnuts, testicals to stimulate the groin = H2R not even close some rr (rat ride)

Oh look! HA Hater of the __________ Fill in the blank even the engineers left the race track disappointed they attempted to run club/ama/wsb... Especially WSB!!!

I got your sportbike.... Here, let me drop my zipper down and peek at my trellis

Bro, you forgot to read the brosure you did. WOT did I read back in 2006? I don't remember but to paraphrase it, 'We are coming out with the most powerful, let me make a movie of a busa bird flying around and drop some shit on top of its head we go head to head this time.'

And if the seat fits. Bought one before the rags wound one up at the drags, short of RG riding one behind the parking lot of some dealer show or corporate hq, who cares. The bike was slow said the subs. Remember that year?

In 15 minutes of fame, you'll adapt to this puffer as you did the 14 and step it up more. WATT has changed about HP? Nada. Speed is relative. I canard lee wait for sneeZ.

A whole month of ragg'inn on year azz'is... Now, where would I find a blowout to the parts is parts?

I'll take a ZX-10R over the BMW, the base model H2 should be able to blow both away, the H2R is going to be sigh-uh-nara baby...

I've already named her... sneeZ the Mule. That main throttle is going to be a bitch if the flash is not there... It still can go faster other ways like the same old N/A moves. But to have that sub as the main, she goes tame. And if you can't crank that speed by cracking into the main-sub map to speed up the throttle all even up... that better be that 8th mode or buy crackey, I'm going to put a baseball card on that centrifugal and sound like I'm going fast.

If there is a bike that is going to make puddle... This puppy needs a knock sensor. Only your parts blowout knows for sure.

The BMW S1000RR is the Most Bad Ass production liter bike on the planet.
The H2 is just a limited edition waste of time, Kawasucki missed the mark big time.

I rode a 2012 S1000RR back to back with my 2011 ZX-10R, speeds up to 140 mph on the same roads, in a word I was underwhelmed. Nice bike with a nice finish but the TC was not up to the level of Kawasaki's system IMHO. For the difference in price I could build one heck of a ZX-10R.
