Wonder how tough it would be to stick a '14 motor in an FJR.

The MRA is more in line with the stock shape.Except for the top lip, which will deflect the air upwards...depending on your riding position,it may hit you around the helmet,or,the chest. But the "feeling" of air blast will be minimal. There is a position riding where you can keep yourself out of the wind. You're always gonna get some.If you want total deflection, you should go with the Zero Gravity Touring Windscreen. At 6'5",you are still gonna get some turbulence at your helmet. But dropping below the lip will give you zero wind blast.I don't know about you,but the quietest place for me is having my helmet IN the flow.I've tried pretty much every style of screen shape.I have to say....the stock shape has been very good at keeping the aerodynamics in line with the bike.Right now,I'm waiting to go ride.Too much ice on the roads. But I bought ANOTHER windscreen...a Zero Gravity Double Bubble.I'll see how this one stacks up when it's okay to ride.Good luck on yer quest!

I have height advantage being only 5'7" I can get right under it with ease, its great when in the rain as you need only to peak out of its line and bang the visor is clean from rain, my mate is 6'1" and did say it has immproved the dynamics heaps more and feels heaps better,he's not a skinny bloke too!

I was just going by the look Blue but what you said makes sense. Probably my best bet is the MRA Touring due to the lip...aerodynamically that makes sense. I'm not going to be able to get completely away from it due to my height but the MRA looks to give me the best shot. Plus, I like the look of it versus the double bubble. Thanks guys.
