video frame? You mean embed as opposed to posting a link? Easy.
1 Go to your vids at YouTube and click on the one you want to post, vid will run.. hit SHARE button below vid>>
2 box opens, click EMBED>> dialogue box opens with code highlighted for you, click COPY from your menu at screentop (or commandc on your keyboard), code is now copied>>
3 go to your New Post box here and PASTE code(commandv on your keyboard), code is pasted to your post >>
4 You have this but you need to cut some away.
<InvalidTag width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bkbOiakilTE?version=3&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><InvalidTag src="http://www.youtube.com/v/bkbOiakilTE?version=3&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
highlight everything and delete all code before http://...........
highlight and delete all code after ..........US
you have this code:
http://www.youtube.com/v/bkbOiakilTE?version=3&hl=en_US
Now just make youtube tags before and aft like this:
[youtub]http://www.youtube.com/v/bkbOiakilTE?version=3&hl=en_US[/youtub]
I misspelled youtube in my tags in the above example on purpose. If I spelled correctly, the vid would have been ebedded instaed of showing you the example of the proper code. You spell youtube with the [] around it before and aft it will embed. don't forget the / on the end tag.
There are some vids on youtube that go by the new embed code and those cannot be posted as I just described. You need to select "old embed code" to grab the embeddable code. Can't remember where the old embed code was located but I found it a couple times.
