We all are unique and how we experience and perceive things is different. With that said I agree with Yannih. 14R (and Busa) are very much a supersport riding position. It's very easy to load up your hands, wrist, shoulders to support your torso. This is bad. Ever see the guys riding a supersport with the head and neck drooping below their shoulder line, arms locked straight? Poor posture, weight totally unloaded on their hands.
Even working out, unless you're working out specific areas especially focusing on core and legs isn't going to help with supersport ergos. Your legs support your core by gripping the tank, and your core supports your torso not your arms. You should be able to ride with your arms bent at the elbow, because they should not be supporting your weight. This actually is fairly specific to super sport postures and then somewhat applies to standards (called "sport bike" these days, like Ninja 650 or 1000).
