Got my man card shinned up and went for the tear down. Still gutted but had some good news all behind the plastic survived.

I started breaking the plastic to test it's strength. Let me tell you this for sure. The plastics on the Gen one are much more pliable and of much better quality. This stuff shatters like the aftermarket Chinese plastics. Love the paint but they cheapened the material used. I hope none of you ever get to test it.

I am hoping if we go down the damage is so extensive the bike is written off. Because the pain and agony of plastics and other wallet burning low speed dumps are just beyond my financial means. Can't imagine the pain. However the fact that all the turbo parts and metal frame amd. Swing arm is unmolested is great news!

Mixed feeling on anything that was damaged. I know it's only plastic but something about seeing your bike like this. Messes with the Ole Noodle.

The important thing is you were not hurt. You could always put a B-King headlight on that thing and it would be the fastest naked bike around with no new plastics needed.

Sorry Romans! if that makes yo feel better... I have been there twice. The first month I bought her and last year when I high sided. That plastic does look like it breaks easier. Get her back together and I bet you that after the first right it will be an anecdote.

Rooks Busa twice, Kruz too with his ZX10 rings a bell, then sold it if I remember correctly. Something like that. Got it my head if I touch it will break or fall off. I'm scared to take a piss lol

My busa dropped off the sidestand about a week after the first incident. I blame it on the sidestand. Need tomod that sidestand or just get a new one or both. Kruz's 14 dropped the second time right after he fixed it. Now that is bad luck. his zx-10 was crashed at speed and he didn't feel he could trust it for a street bike after that so he sold it to 1bad.

hahaha, the weather is getting warmer....I'm fixing up the busa damages because that will be the bike to start the season. C'mon, Romes!! get out there as much as you can and put her back together! Spring is going to surprise us with 70 F weather by the end of March, I predict it.

Of course you can ride. No sharing equals no fun. Building the bike becomes pointless if you don't share, take the fun out of it.

My set up is a little different as I am pushing limits a bit. Odds are I will blow up. I know the risk but boost greed has me. Some of you may have known ?

No secrets, Here is Dyno sheet SAE smoothing 5, pump fuel, timing pulled, No BS. I have pulled lots of timing, cost was roughly five to six hp for every one point. Dyno as tested. So,,,, my secret is, if I think I'm racing I flip handle bar switch low mode which adds 6 degrees of timing back into my map and,,,,, Booom,,,, I gotcha. If need be of course. C-16 is a must. But on that day how would you know whats in the tank ? I have built My ECU Flash to be unique for this set up. ZXbeast will have same set up with less boost,, more if he wants. Like Wolf said, when Turbo pops, Wallet flops,,, Boost plays for keeps.

Looking good, I removed the "turbo flops, wallet pops because I didn't want to offend you and beast" but yes the call to arms is paved with gold. Glad she's put back together!
