Actually Scott,I did look it up-got the webpage here somewhere.Yep,they were creating CF tanks.Kinda.What they were doing really is-you send them your tank-cleaned and ready to go.They CF it,then send it back. Not really a bad deal-but I would be just a bit worried that they "might" not get it right.Anyway, the cost was around $500.00.Not too bad considering.I wasn't sure about getting CF-but the more I look at the Ram Duct covers I installed-the more I like it.Really sets the bike apart from stock plastic stuff. They've also got some CF bits for the Meter cover-really looks good.Probably get some more here after a while. That E-Bay site you posted-very nice selection of CF parts on there-thanks again Scott!Getting any riding in?Hopefully the roads will be DRY here tomorrow.Want to go carve again!!!!14's just ROCK!!

I can't remember where I saw it now,but a guy had his whole bike CF'd.Could have been here on this forum-he also had the front cowl redesigned for only a single headlamp in there.Really looked awesome. On close inspection though on the pics he had,the body panels-at least in the midpanels and upper cowl seams just didn't fit right.Kinda messed up the look overall-it just wasn't fitting together real nice-but it still looked very cool. That's what I would be concerned about-the fitment. Some guys here say they've had to like redrill fastener holes and stuff like that to get the parts to fit. They haven't quite perfected the build process on these parts yet.I know my RAM covers-beautiful job on the actual carbon weave and such, but where the front of the duct cover "clips" into the tank cover there-that seam,it didn't match up like the stock piece would, you know, how it kinda pops into that little slot at the very top front at the tank. But it was flush,so that was okay.It fit in there alright-only I would probably notice it.It's no problem really. She's solid on there. And the "outside" edge of the upper cowl where it runs along forward and then makes the curve upwards, that long side of the Duct cover doesn't quite go out far enough. There's a gap along that side of it.Again, only I would notice it.It doesn't pay to go "cheap" with these CF parts(I didn't).But it could be a real mess if ya got some cheaply made CF.That tank cover DOES look SWEEEET though

Dr. H check out these green parking lamps. The guy I bought my bike from ordered these from Japan. I think they look cool. If you are interested I can call him and find out where he ordered them from and how much.
